What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to leading others into the presence of God through serving in the Worship Ministry Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with our Outreach Ministry—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

Take the next step in joining the Dream Team by attending Next Steps. The Next Steps sessions are designed to be the starting point to equipping you to live life as a fully-devoted follower of Christ—from learning the essentials of our faith to discovering and fulfilling your God-given purpose.
Dream Team Opportunities
A-Team
Our team uses our gift of administration to support Daystar teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details.
Creative Team
This team uses their creative talents to enhance the visuals of Daystar Church. This includes: Worship Services and Events Photography, Graphic Design and Videography.
Daystar Kids
Our team invests in the lives of children (Nursery, Preschool and Elementary Aged Children). We give them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, Small Groups, prayer, and games.
Daystar Students
Our team helps middle school, high school, and college students get connected to our Daystar Students ministry through YTH Night, Small Groups, retreats, conferences, and serving at the Daystar Students area on Sundays.
Events
Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by facilitating excellent environments and creating memorable Daystar experiences through setup/take down, food, giveaways, and more.
First Impressions
Our team welcomes people to Daystar and serves them from the parking lot to the platform. This includes: Greeters, Ushers, Coffee Shop, Parking Team, and the Safety Team (Security & Medical).
Local Outreach
Our local Outreach Team helps meet the practical and spiritual needs of our communities by leading and supporting outreach initiatives like Daystar Days, Serve Day, Christmas Outreach, and more.
Missions
Our team travels the globe to work with our foreign mission partners to enhance the Gospel and make famous the name of Jesus Christ.
New Here Team
Our team creates a welcoming space in our lobbies for first time guests to visit, connect with our people, and hear more about the ministries of Daystar.
Next Steps Team
Our team serves as the hosts of Next Steps, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Daystar. This team also helps those seeking Water Baptism.
Prayer Team
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at Daystar.
Production Team
Our team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting and video technology.
Small Groups
Our team is trained to facilitate Small Groups by creating environments where people can experience community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Worship Team
Our team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists, instrumentalists and audio engineers.
